Leading and managing for effective education (E849)

This masters-level course encourages the effective integration of practice and theory in educational leadership. Designed to meet the professional development needs of teachers, middle and senior managers, and others working in educational organisations, the course will develop your understanding of current thinking on educational leadership and management, as well as your skills of critical reflection, analysis and communication. You’ll be using both new technologies and printed materials, and receive specialist tutor support. The course assessment will enable you to apply what you learn to your own professional context and you can carry this through to your day-to-day practice.
